Winemakers’ lunch with the finest bubble

Join us in the Spectator boardroom for the next in our series of Spectator Winemaker Lunches with Nick Baker, founder and MD of The Finest Bubble, purveyors of fine champagnes and sparkling wines which is celebrated for its same day ‘emergency service’ bicycle deliveries throughout London.

Nick will be joined by Simon Stockton, brand ambassador for Piper-Heidsieck and ambassador for the Champagne Academy, as they discuss their love of the bubble. You will then enjoy such first-rate champagnes as Pol Roger NV (en magnum), Piper-Heidsieck Essential NV, 2009 Taittinger, 2002 Piper-Heidsieck Rare, 2005 Charles Heidsieck and 2007 Bollinger ‘La Grande Année’ (en magnum) during the course of an informal four-course lunch provided by our partners, Forman & Field.
