2.00pm               Keynote tba

2.30pm               Panel: Aging well: making the UK a world leader in tackling dementia and Alzheimer’s

With cases of neurodegenerative conditions rising in the UK, it's crucial to re-examine how we tackle these diseases. Join our panel, "Aging well: making the UK a world leader in dementia and Alzheimer’s," as we discuss the root causes, and explore challenges and solutions.

3.30pm               Short break

3.45pm               Panel: Is the NHS badly run?

In 1948“the National Health Service was created as a solution to a problem of access, not of quality. British healthcare was – for those who could get it – very good already”. Is that still the case? Or has the original socialist agenda to create access for all broken the need for quality in a failing system?

With its75th Anniversary in 2023, we have reflected on how the UK health system has gotten to this point. What can we do now to ensure that the 80th, 90th and100th Anniversaries are celebrated for innovation, rejuvenation, and collaboration?

4.45pm               Drinks Reception begins

6.00pm               Event ends
