During a seasonal four-course lunch Wendy Outhwaite QC, barrister-turned-winemaker at Ambriel, West Sussex, will talk us through the superb sparkling wines in Ambriel’s multi-award-winning range: the Ambriel Classic Cuvée, a brace of rosés and the exquisite Ambriel English Reserve Demi-Sec.

After coffee we will tour the Gravetye gardens in the company of the head gardener and there might even be time for a game of croquet.
